More SMS Templates

Being able to add additional SMS template such as covid safe SMS, directions, etc.

Being able to send more than 1 SMS from appointments if a reply has not been recieved.

Currently we can only send 1 appointment reminder SMS. If we don't receive a response then we need to initiate a manual SMS or ring the patient instead. This is not time efficient.

Different auto-text message reminders for two different practice locations

I have two different locations for my practice and would like to customise text messages depending on which office clients are attending (one has reception and the other doesn't)
