Added the referral status on add/edit appointment page to make it clear which referrals are in progress or expired.
When creating an appointment in the future, the expiry alert now displays if the referral is expired by the time of the appointment.
Inactive users no longer disappear from invoices that were raised against them.

Fixed

When a Sunday is selected on week view, public holidays for the next week are no longer displayed.
