Inactive practitioners assigned to an invoice now show in the practitioner column on the account statement page.
Cancellation reasons now appear in the changed appointments section, as well as the client's appointment page.

Select accounts are no longer experiencing problems running the calendar statistics report.
Improvement of the performance to the MYOB export.
Creating a schedule from the view schedule modal now works as expected.
Case managers now only see client records they have access to within the waiting list.
Saving the marketing source for a client works as expected.
