- Recall message can be system triggered based on a schedule set against patient file
- Receptionist can access a Recall dashboard which shows a list of all recalls, due and past due. (Recall meaning- get person back for repeat assessment/tests).
- Receptionist can trigger recall messages manually against each patient or select multiple records at one go.
- Clinician can view clinical reminders on the patient file, due and past due
- Recall message can be sent out as Email and/or SMS message, configurable to practice branding.
