Automatically parse Rich-Text pasted into the Case Notes text editor (and/or add a UI button that triggers conversion of selected text from a given rich text format into the formatting used by Coreplus)

Copy-pasting text that is in a rich text format (e.g. Markdown Extra) from an external application into the Case Notes text editor is not formatted/re-formatted according to the source's rich text formatting, including when the Case Notes text editor has its own corresponding formatting options.
For example, pasting a Markdown-Extra-formatted table into the Case Notes text editor displays as plain-text as-per below example.

Edit: Oddly enough the text editor here for idea requests does
 render some of the Markdown-formatted text I've given it, whereas the Case Notes text editor doesn't render any
 of the rich text.
