Collapsible case notes or "clinical journey"

Am I missing something or are the case notes only able to be scrolled through, you can't view them as a list and click into them? What if there are say fifty case notes for a client, the case notes would be potentially hundreds of desktops long...
Clearly the best way to manage patient information would be a clinical journey, where you can view all data relating to a patient in chronological order (or reverse chronological order), whether they are clinical notes, letters, correspondence, pathology or investigation results, etc. And be able to filter to only include certain types of data such as case notes only, for example.

When looking for past session notes it can be time consuming to scroll through all previous casenotes. It may be easier if casenotes were just listed by date and then you click on the date you want to view ??

Hi Ben,Thank you for your suggestion. We'll certainly look into changing the client's case note history when we are next updating the clinical section of coreplus.

Hi Eilis,Thanks for your feedback. Whilst the notes can be sorted by date newest/oldest, currently it is not possible to separate the heading from the text body for technical reasons. That said if your ideas collects the most votes (or close to it) then we we certainly look to implement it in future updates.
