Email upcoming appts - note field

Is it possible to update the feature -Email upcoming appts. Can we have the notes removed when we send an email with the printed upcoming appts.

It appears coreplus does not send the notes via Email. However, the notes do appear when selecting the Print option. Is this the section where you would want them removed? Some additional clarification would help.
