We have been looking at trying to use the SMS reminder function but the sms dispatch times of 2 hours being earliest makes it unusable for us. Most medical practices remind patients days to one week prior to appointment, so patients can have time to prepare for any test reports prior to returning for appointment. Reminding patients just minutes or hours prior to appointment is not feasible. This function should not be compared to the task reminder apps we have on our phones. Please consider ability to adjust reminder times (e.g. 1-10 days before appointment) would make this function actually usable for a medical practice. Furthermore multi-lingual support would also be welcome.
