Hi, We have several situations where we need to send an auto SMS to more than one client. It could be a situation involving couples counselling - where both attendees need an individual SMS (particularly in cases of estrangement) or it could be a need to send an SMS to an adolescent and their parent as a reminder for both? It would be really helpful if we could nominate more than one recipient of the auto SMS...

Being able to setup the automated SMS/email reminder when booking an appointment is VERY useful. It would be even more useful if we could have those reminders being sent out to more than one email address/mobile number per calendar booking. Not having this feature complicates the reminder process when the client has multiple stakeholders involved in their scheduling. For example, when working with clients who are dependent on case managers, parents and/or carers for their transport, other appointments, logistical issues etc.

For the client SMS replies to come up / display when you hover over their name in the calendar booking. This would be an awesome time saver - or a traffic light system where a thin green bar / line comes up on the left of the appt icon if "YES" reply , or red bar if anything else than YES is replied (and then no colour for no response received as yet)

At the moment it is quite tedious to search for SMS responses for an individual client. It would be great to have ALL SMS exchange history (Automated and Manual) saved on the client file for extracting.

Being able to add additional SMS template such as covid safe SMS, directions, etc.

Currently we can only send 1 appointment reminder SMS. If we don't receive a response then we need to initiate a manual SMS or ring the patient instead. This is not time efficient.

I have two different locations for my practice and would like to customise text messages depending on which office clients are attending (one has reception and the other doesn't)

Many of us do not spend all day in Coreplus, and if we are there, we are not on the Dashboard. This is the only place responses to Reminder SMS' to clients show up. I need to be alerted to clients rescheduling/cancelling immediately and need to be able to receive a client's response to the SMS Reminder on my own mobile phone so I will always see it and without needing to be logged into Coreplus and looking at the Dashboard. I provide my number in the text of the Reminder, but people hit 'reply' to the text instead of separately texting me directly and then the response will not come to me and will only show inside Coreplus. If there was a mobile app at least, with capacity to set alerts for client responses to SMS reminders in the app, that would help, but there is no app. Ideally the option to tell Coreplus to send any client responses to my mobile as well as showing it in Coreplus' Dashboard is needed.

Would be good to be able to click the View Sms Reminder icon to resend the sms if there has been no response to the initial sms.

It would be very helpful if there was an option e.g tick box in the SMS Appointment Reminder to send another SMS e.g Final SMS Reminder. This would be usual for those patients who haven't replied to the initial SMS appointment reminder and we want to send them another Urgent SMS appointment reminder.
