Recall message can be system triggered based on a schedule set against patient file Receptionist can access a Recall dashboard which shows a list of all recalls, due and past due. (Recall meaning- get person back for repeat assessment/tests). Receptionist can trigger recall messages manually against each patient or select multiple records at one go. Clinician can view clinical reminders on the patient file, due and past due Recall message can be sent out as Email and/or SMS message, configurable to practice branding.
